I went to the Allure salon today with my mom on our girls day out. Our experience was not a good one! We had an appointment booked but felt rushed the whole time. My mom now has a gash in her heel from the cheese grater in which they decided to use on her feet and clearly was not needed in the intensity the woman used it. She began bleeding and the nail tech did not apologize or say anything at all, just tried to hide that it even happened. My mother was drying her nails for less than 10 minutes when one of the technicians came over and sprayed fast dry on her nails and said she could go. Clearly it was not enough time for the nails to be dry so we waited a bit longer. When leaving my mother went to put her shoe on and her nails were then ruined because they were not as dry as the technician ensured 10 minutes prior. Her nails also look like they threw sand all over them due to the quick dry spray. When I addressed this to the technician after paying nearly $200, she told my mother “that is why you should get gel manicure” and did not offer to fix until after I said she does not want to get it fixed, she just wants to leave. They did not care for our experience or the outcome of the service or the fact that they seriously hurt my mother leaving a gash in her foot. Please do not go here, they are dangerous and careless!

First time i went it was great. the second time i got the worst $75 pedicure. my toenails were cut shorter than my toddlers toenails and were left uneven as hell. They Refused to give me back my money and told me they would give me a coupon for when i come back. 100% Do NOT recommend very unprofessional.

Paid for an upgraded pedicure which lasted about 10 minutes!! Luckily the techs switched and the 2nd lady did the painting and my fill in!! She did a great job!! I got this done on Thursday night, Saturday I was still happy with my nails, I took a shower, the 4th after getting my nails done and when I got out my toenail polish was HORRIBLE!! I would go back to have my nails filled but NEVER for another pedicure

I just wanted a simple design, full set. The woman who did my nails – I didn’t get her name – did a great job! Love my nails No pain or discomfort. She dropped the nail file once and nicked my skin once, but she was very apologetic and professional both times. I took my 15 year old daughter there to get Acrylic nails and a pedicure for her school Homecoming. I could not believe the price ! I was charged $200 for the service and a few designs. I believe I was over charged for this service. I will not be returning to this establishment ! My daughter was taken advantage of.

I was searching for a salon opened early in the AM and this is one of the few that is opened at 10 AM on a Sunday. The staff is very polite. The salon is very clean and appears to be under rennovations for a more modern vibe. I am thoroughly happy with my nails and the overall cost was affordable. My nail tech was very care and understanding of my concerns and she did an awesome job. I got a gel french tip peppermint pedicure, a powder dip full set, eyebrow and lip wax which brought my total to $124. They have a HUGE selection of powder dips, shellac and regular polish. I was the first customer there so I didn’t have a weight time. The only room for improvement I would suggest is speed. For my service about it took a total of 3 hrs and 15 minutes. I didn’t have any polish on to remove, but felt like I was in the chair a long time. Looking forward to coming back.
