Had a great experience with Pauline yesterday. I called 45 minutes before closing and asked if they could fit me in for a quick manicure. No problem, they said. I walked out about 45 minutes later with perfect nails. Pauline took her time, was meticulous with shaping and polishing and was very sweet. Great job!!

Love love love this place. I’ve had almost everyone do my nails, and I’ve never had a bad experience (and I’m PICKY!). Latest appointment was with Nancy. I asked for thin dip, and wanted to move away from tips. They. Are. Perfect. and she absolutely nailed the shape!! Photo attached so you can see the thickness and shape.

Never coming here again. I’ve had a good experience at this place and thought I would come again, but yesterday made me rethink my choice. I used a reference photo from THE BUSINESS ITSELF and the nail tech still did a sloppy job. One of my nails has holes in them, and most look uneven and just plain bad. The nail tech also left one of my nails chipped, and my nails have been sore for the past day because of how harshly she worked on them.

I really didn’t want to post this but figured it might be helpful for others. I did a walk in for a regular mani – ended up with two bloody cuticles, uneven painting, and hangnails. Definitely felt completely rushed and will not be coming back.

Pedicure was nice, technician took her time and did a good job on toes. The massage was nice, hot stones are a must. I didn’t feel rushed but I missed having my feet feel soft at the end, no lotion was applied after the hot towel treatment. Other than that, great salon and great customer service. Pedicure
