Great service, nail technician did phenomenal on the intricate design I showed her! She was very patient while trying to help me find the exact colors that I was looking for! Very affordable! I was a lot cheaper than I expected with fakr nails and multi-colored design on each finger. Great atmosphere. I went on a Saturday, around lunchtime. It was very busy! I waited about 30 minutes.

Got my nails done for my wedding tomorrow! Lynn did amazing! And she was very fast. She let me try two different colors at first to make sure I liked it! Also asked multiple times during the process if I liked the color,length,shape etc. I was very happy with the result and would definitely go back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just left there from getting acrylic nails removed and I got my nails dipped. The lady who did my nails got the acrylic dip all over my skin and had to use a hand file to remove it from my skin. Which cut me in several places and was very painful. I still have acrylic stuck to my skin. I asked to speak to manager and she only offered to take $5 off my service. Or she offered to remove the nails because I did not want to pay for them. I already had several cuts on my hands and did not want to endure the pain of the removal process. I will never go back! I have uploaded photos of the cuts on skin and the poor quality and acrylic still stuck to my skin. I have a place in Dallas I usually go to but was not going to be able to get back there until after New Years. Observations, The cuticle nippers used did not come from an autoclave sterilized bag so were not sterile when they were used on me. I was more than a little concerned when my tech nipped me about 7 times on my cuticles with a nipper that was not sterilized. I like the manicure although not as pampering as what I’m used to. The nicks to my cuticles are clearly visible in the picture.

We where there last night. It was pretty late when we got out of there! The people where wonderful. They done a great job on my sister inlaws nails.. the lady that done them was Lynn she was really sweet. I will definitely be going back!!!!
