I go to the this nail salon every time for a full set and pedicure. I always have an amazing experience the staff are super nice and have great communication. Bad experience today. I dropped a polish today. Lady Charged me $20 to replace an used polished. This nail polish from what looked up can cost $8-$12. No sign or nothing in writing when you walk in stating that if drop polish you have to pay double for it. Didnt offer to get the polish off me or my baby feet. Telling me they had to this many times because customers always drop them. This my fourth time here and if they had so many problems you would think they would have a sign up by now. I know they have plenty of customers but I will never be one of them long as I live in the area.

My nail technician was Mia i got a gel powder full set, nail removal, and a full face wax. She was amazing! Everything was just how i wanted. My nails and eyebrows were perfect!!! She was so nice and accommodating to me. I am black and i didnt feel a racist vibe at all. I gave mia a picture of the design i wanted and she did it JUST LIKE THAT. Wow so happy. Highly recommend this salon and mia!

They do decent nail work BUT they are racist. The lady who did my nails handled my hand and fingers very rough and tossed my hands around like i was a piece of paper. But when she and the other techs did the caucasian people nails they were treated very nicely and with ease. it’s very sad. don’t recommend if black.

I went to the nail salon on a recommendation from a friend. I can only say Jenny the front desk manager was unimpressive, pretty much indifferent. As another reviewer said, you can tell she is talking negatively about the customers. My nails are thick and patchy. When I explained they were just “okay” she got offended.

I have never had a more terrible nail experience. And I certainly have never had a nail tech that made me want to cry before. The entire thing from start to finish, she made it very apparent that she was rushed to be done with me. And that could be because I didn’t opt for an entirely new full set instead of a fill and I said no I just want the fill ? Not exactly sure but – from that moment she was just done and she made me feel absolutely terrible. Carelessly throwing random tools – like tossing them back into her bag. Her entire body language was that she did not care about the customer. I also asked for an oval shape and she asked if I wanted them shorter, so she then completely removed the shape. My nails are so so short now and I did not want them completely shortened.

The salon is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere was quite relaxing. The nail techs were very professional and accommodating. I had a manicure. I had the SNS dip done. Lots of colors to choose from! My nails look so good! I enjoyed the whole experience. If you want beautiful results and great customer service, I recommend this salon!

The manager was okay when it comes to customer service, basic at best. The nail tech I had was kind of rude though. When I asked about the price, the man told me a different price than what was on their website. The difference was about $10, I did budget for more just incase so it was fine, but I did want to know why, so when I asked about it, he said that the website is inaccurate and hasn’t been updated in years. Kind of weird if you ask me, for a business to not update prices on their website in years. When I asked a few other questions, he rudely asked me if I have ever had my nails done before. I have, but it was in another country, so things were clearly different. He was also kind of rough with my hands, but it was manageable. When my nails were drying, the paint sort of formed little bubbles, so I went back to fix it, but I went to another nail tech, so I didn’t have to deal with his attitude and carelessness when it came to working with my nails. She was really nice though. He asked her what was wrong and why I was back and she told him then he laughed and said “Well, she didn’t pay for gel, what did she expect? Should have paid for gel.” as if I wasn’t sitting right there to hear him. Of all the times, I’ve got acrylic nails, I’ve never had a problem of a nail coming off or breaking even after 3 weeks, after about a week and a half, two nails started to come off. It wasn’t worth it coming here and I wouldn’t go back again. The experience may be different for others though.
