This was my first time at Allure, I must say I’m disappointed and won’t be back. I had my nails done on 6/21 and three days later my nail on my thumb broke. I work in an office and was simply moving my laptop. Two days later another nail ripped off and today a third one split in half.

made an appointment for 1pm but wasn’t seated until 2pm. got a fill and was very disappointed at how messy it turned out and he was very rough with my cuticles. came back a couple days later after explaining i wasn’t happy with them and he did a gel polish change. i was still unhappy with how they turned out. they were too thick and messily done. service and quality were one of the worst experiences i’ve had at a nail salon

Came in as a walk-in on Labor Day. They were graciously able to fit me in before they closed. Mind you, this is one of the few nail salons open on Labor Day. Everyone was very nice and professional! Will definitely be coming here again! Manicure, Gel manicures

I have been coming here since they opened and this was the first time I had been so disappointed. There were a few people getting pedicures but I would say they were crowded so I got a chair right away. The technician never asked what service I wanted which was ok since I only wanted a basic pedicure. No cuticle cream before cleaning cuticles. Short massage. No alcohol spray before polish. Second coat put on immediately after first. Rushed to pay when finished. No one waiting after me. 8 out of 10 chairs vacant so not busy. Asked if they were new owners or management but couldn’t get an answer. May try once more (maybe just a bad day) but if this is the kind of service in the future, will be looking for a new salon

They do great pedicures and make beautiful nails but I always feel too rushed. Would also like more design options; eveytime I’ve shown a design, they say they don’t do that. But overall not a bad place.

This was probably the first time my nail polish started to chip within 2 days. I also was charged an additional $5 when the guy asked me if I wanted my callous done. I said yes because it was included in my pkg I purchased. My girlfriend got the identical tx and wasn’t chg extra. My feet are not ulgy and have callous. Poor service and will never return.

Got my wedding manicure and pedicure done here. I made an appointment but it didn’t really make a difference on a busy Saturday. Lots of techs but lots of clients, at least on the weekends, so expect to be a while. I got an ombré manicure and they did a great job! I was there 2 1/2 hours and had 3 techs work on me ( one for feet, one for manicure, one to finish up my manicure). It was $82 before tip. I’m pleased with it. If I go back I’ll go on a weekday.

My experience started pleasantly but started rapidly turning towards disaster. My nails cost $65 and not only did they mess up the colors, they also were very rude and I’ve not had these nails but for a week and one has already broken in half. The acrylic was done very lazily and one finger is filed slanted. My nail tech was very rude and would constantly move my hand (even when it was relaxed) and he rolled his eyes while doing so. While he was applying the gel, he let it dry under the acrylic so it eventually peeled off and the nail polish is chipping. They’re very very weak nails and they should not have cost $65. I got 3 different colors, they charged me for 5 different colors (an extra $5). The coffin shape itself also cost $5 extra. I do not recommend coming to this nail salon as they were very rude and it did not feel like a spa at all, as I was stressed out the whole time.
