They do what I ask of them, inform me of the products they’re using, and ensure that I have no allergies. The shop is exceptionally clean, and I walk out pleased when I come get my nails done! I really love this shop! The environment is friendly and the connection between nail technicians here is lovely! They do what I ask of them, inform me of the products they’re using, and ensure that I have no allergies. The shop is exceptionally clean, and I walk out pleased when I come get my nails done! If you need your nails done at a REASONABLE cost, I HIGHLY recommend Allure Nails!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was part of a wedding party and the owner knew ahead of time yet it was an absolute mess. Most of us waited and didn’t get out of there for 2 hours. I got a pedicure and my wife got a manicure and honestly I could have done a better job. Her nails are tacky looking and my pedicure wasn’t up to par. The bottoms of my feet are still rough because she didn’t take the time to even use the callus remover. I was part of a wedding party and the owner knew ahead of time yet it was an absolute mess. Most of us waited and didn’t get out of there for 2 hours. I got a pedicure and my wife got a manicure and honestly I could have done a better job. Her nails are tacky looking and my pedicure wasn’t up to par. Critical: ProfessionalismLiterally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was completely disrespected by Amanda, the owner. She yelled at me because I wasnt drying my hands fast enough and then again yelled at me and told me to “make up my mind!” about my choice of polish. I had to take up for myself and finally tell her she was being extremely rude. Not only was I embarrassed in front of the other customers, but to be yelled at while paying for a service?! I have been there twice. I will never go again! The quality of the work is very poor and I am now trying to fix the work that Amanda did. If you enjoy being spoken to politely, I would highly suggest not going there. Also, they charge you extra money because of their Covid expenses. She yelled at me because I wasnt drying my hands fast enough and then again yelled at me and told me to “make up my mind!” about my choice of polish.
