A surprise trip for my grandaughter for excellent work in school. They got us in very quickly for pedicures and a color change for her. Quick and efficient. Facilities are always very clean and organized. Love this place!

My daughter Sophie and I have gone to see Ann and Jenni for about 8 Months. Both ladies have done an outstanding job on our nails!!! Today we both had appointments at 10.30. My daughter was taken on time. I had not, by 11.20 I had decided to ask about how much longer, keep in mind my tone was completely normal. Ann had said something in their language to her , she came over and aggressively started filling my nails!! I was completely taken back. She was very angry. Did my acrylic fill in 15 -20 minutes, she definitely wanted me to know I was NOT getting a quality service today!!! This was extremely uncomfortable!!! Not sure why I was treated this way? My nails look terrible. I have ALWAYS take good care of Jennie and treated her with respect every time I come in.

This has been my go to place for the past year. I’ve always been hesitant getting my nails done due to occasional hand tremors but the techs here are so kind, gentle, patient, and accommodating. They know exactly who I am when I walk in and have even started to notice my hand start to tremor before I do so they take time and change position. They are so precise in everything they do and the tools and environment are clean and sterile which is a dream come true for people with autoimmune disorders like myself.

I went to this salon for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My appointment was 11:00 and they took me immediately. A very nice tech did my pedicure and when we were finished, she lead me over to the manicure table. She was preparing my nails for the manicure when she abruptly stood up and disappeared into the back. A few minutes later an older gentleman appeared, sat down at the table and picked up where the other tech left off, no explanation about the other tech. Long story short, my nails are uneven, the edges of my nails are very rough and keep catching on my clothes, the polish on my feet is smeared and dull. This is the 3rd time i have been to this salon, the first I went there the service was great, the 2nd time I had to go back (the next day) because the pedicure wasn’t done w/the right product and the polish was peeling off. Goes without saying, I won’t be going back….that’s a shame because the salon itself is very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere.

Not a good experience at all. First technician stopped 5 mins into my pedicure to take another woman. I had one foot in the tub. She said the other woman called and asked for her. The technician that took her place seemed distracted by what was going on in the salon, at times not very attentive and rushing through the service. The technician that did my manicure seemed to rush as well, at time a bit rough, did not ask what shape I wanted my nails, and at least two times stopped to check her text messages. I will not be returning to this salon.

The service here has gone way down hill. This used to be the best place in Easton. They aren’t ever the friendliest people but at least they used to do good work.

I’ve given up. It used to be a pleasant experience with nice results when they opened a few years ago, now they all seem miserable.They don’t honor appointments. When you show up, the tech you scheduled is already working with someone. Just had my last bad pedicure yesterday. I don’t like leaving a bad review, but I’m tired of poor results and poor customer service.

I didn’t get the persons name who did mine but the work she did was outstanding! And she was super sweet too! They also worked past closing time to finish us up and nobody rushed to get us out of there, really focusing on the quality which is always a good thing. The atmosphere was quite tranquil in there as well. My sister brought me here the day before Thanksgiving to get a set of acrylics and I was really impressed. I didn’t get the persons name who did mine but the work she did was outstanding! And she was super sweet too! They also worked past closing time to finish us up and nobody rushed to get us out of there, really focusing on the quality which is always a good thing. I took my disabled mother to Allure and they were very accommodating. My mother suffered a knee injury and was not able to get into the massage chair for her pedicure. The tech sat right down on the floor and did my mom’s nails in her wheel chair, then wheeled her over to her work station and did her manicure. My sister and I also got our nails done. We enjoyed the massage chairs while our techs gave us the full treatment including orange slices and sugar scrub and milk and honey leg massage. Our feet were wrapped in hot wax and our necks with hot towels. It’s a wonderful place. Can’t wait to go back!
