Never been to this shop before, but had a gift card to use from family. I was told by the guy at the front desk it would only be $5 to put gel polish on my nails. But after it was done, the tech. said $30. I believe this was egregious considered it was just polish added, no manicure, and was more expensive than the pedicure I also got. And when I got home, whatever lotion the tech. used made my legs dry and ashy not even 10 minutes after. Inconsistent, high pricing is why I will not be returning. It was also extremely loud with all the employees talking to each other in the back without clients. But the decor is nice and the spa chairs are comfortable.

Always a good experience here! Today I had Lani and Amy as a team. Both were gentle, took their time, and it goes without saying but my nails are beautifully ready to sail for my first cruise! Their calmness made me feel relaxed from being stressed out preparing for my trip. But all of the staff are welcoming and ready to please!!
