Not bad. Although if I am paying almost a full set I would want for them to remove all the unattached acrylic on my nail and not make that cheap move of gluing it back with the old acrylic. It leaves air spaces and a big chance for the nail to get fungus.

I made an appointment to get a pedicure today. I made the appointment a day ago. I arrived and waited for over 30 minutes. When they tried to charge an extra $25 for gel, I mentioned that a $5 discount seemed fair. They then wanted to charge $10 more for callus removal that I did not ask for.

I gave Allure 3 shots.. each visit got worse then the previous. Less than average service in my opinion.This 3rd visit was the final straw for us, we booked appointments in a advance because we are a large party. Show up for our appointments and told to come back another day because we never confirmed in text. Hello? We confirmed when we booked the first time, a week prior. Proceeded to say, we will fit you in just wait a bit. I have been to several nail salons in the states and a few here in Fairbanks. This is by far one of the best ones. My friend and I each got the “water manicure” (basic one) and a Deluxe Pedicure. My friend had never been to a nail salon and doesn’t really like to be touched but she felt so comfortable there!

I called and scheduled a nail fill and repair because one of my nails fell off. They took off all my color which I didnt ask for I just wanted them filled and one nail repaired and gave me a full colored nail when I had a French tip. Charged me $65 and I was like ” how much for a fill?” They responded “$65” I said “$65 for a fill?” And they said “no $65 cause you had a broken nail and changed the color.” I’m really upset I had to spend all my birthday money on something I didnt want when I thought I was going to be paying max $40. I wish I could go back and ask for a refund and explanation but they didnt give me a receipt. First photo what they did second photo what I had when it was just done.
