The first nail tech did a color change on my toes and before she got started I asked if they had REGULAR polish she said YES. And then proceeded to try and put gel polish and got an attitude when I corrected her very rude. The nail tech that did my nails did a horrible job and still charged me for gel polish and cut my thumb and didn’t take anything off for it. And was rude when I asked about why the price was so high

Beautiful esthetic but HORRIBLE/CHEAP NAILS! I got my nails done for my birthday last week on a Tuesday, March 1st, 2022 for my birthday which was on Friday, March 4th. By that Saturday TWO of my nails had already broken. I had to glue one back on and managed to save it, but I lost the other nail leaving me with one nail missing on my birthday weekend. I did not bump my nails or hit it on anything so I was confused as to why my nails were lifting and falling off. Yesterday, two more nails lifted on my left hand and I’m very upset. It hasn’t been a week yet and my nails are missing and lifting. I paid $120 for services that day so I am very upset at the fact that my nails didn’t last for my birthday weekend. They didn’t even last a week. Would NOT recommend!

My nails are uneven. My raw nail is still visible around the edges. She did not go to the cuticle. None are shaped the same. They are thick and lumpy.

I rarely relax when I get my nails done because I want them to be done well & have had a couple of ugly mail jobs at other places. I don’t want to spend a 100 bucks for something that will just make me feel like I wasted money & annoy me every time I look at it. I went to work once & within 5 seconds had a fellow nurse bust out at my professional nail job. At Allure Nails I had ZERO complaints! Nails looked awesome. Only odd thing is they did my fingernails and toenails at the same time so it didn’t seem as relaxing…However it did allow them to finish quickly & others didn’t have to wait behind me. I can deal with that even though I’d prefer my toes and fingernails to be done separately- but no big deal. I don’t want to spend a 100 bucks for something that will just make me feel like I wasted money & annoy me every time I look at it. I went In for a pedicure .. which i got the CLASSIC PEDICURE FOR 25$ . I was notified that for gel it’s an extra 20$ . So my total should have been 45$! When i asked what did she mean she pointed at a pedicure that was 38$ with stones when she never used stones in my pedicure.. my towels weren’t even hot from the regular pedicure! The products they use smell good! But I wont be returning.. it’s crazy I’ve never been to a nail shop that even charge 20$ extra for gel polish .

The tech are so friendly and welcoming, and they treat you like you’re the most important customer in the world. I had a lot of different options for my nails—I was able to get them all done at once, or I could do them separately if I wanted to take advantage of the amazing deals they were offering that day.

The last few times I have been there I’ve waited almost an hour WITH an appointment. There are certain workers there that will not provide the service that is being paid for. I’ve asked for certain packages with the pedicures and it depends on the person as to what I actually get. I’ve also experienced the workers arguing with my friends and I over what our nails were supposed to look like. Not to mention all of the eye rolls and under the breath comments made. Very rude workers and watching my friends little sister get treated this way was the last straw. Very disappointed.

Boss is very money hungry, and rude went in for pedi and mani. As I’m getting my nails done pedi almost finished he made the technician stop putting my nails on to take walk in fullset its respect factor I was there before ended up waiting still had no nails paid for pedi also tipped technician 20.00 because it wasn’t her fault it was the owners fault very rude and disrespectful value Money over customer service .

My daughter had a really bad experience here this week. She went on Tuesday and got her nails done. She got the dip with tips. First off they cut the side of her finger and then put a gel top coat on her nail and used the ultra violet light to seal it instead of the dip top coat that air dries with in 5 minutes. This picture was just 2 days after her having them done. This is not okay.
