I went in on Friday 10-7-22 and paid $65 for a dip set and a cuticle clean up. The girl was super nice but by Sunday my whole nail came off. Monday while showering a whole other nail came off. And when I say whole nail it was all in one piece. I went in after getting ready and the guy refused to fix it and told me I ripped it off. He was extremely rude and hateful to me. Will not ever return here.

Salon was extremely clean, friendly and welcoming! Ken and Joann made my first time very satisfying because they understood my request and did it exactly how I wanted. I called this place before I went and ask them if they could do a full set of nails and pedicure and they said yes to both. I get down here and wait over 2 hours just for them to give me a pedicure and tell me that they wouldn’t do my nails, bc they didn’t have time, but they took 2 people in front of me with no appointments, that we’re getting the same thing. I will not ever be back and don’t recommend!

We got here at 2:30 and sat and waited our turn. They done my pedicure first. Then took mama back for hers then told her they didn’t have time to do her nails. There was a woman walked in an hour after we got here wanting the same thing mama got and they took her back to do her nails AFTER the fact they told my mama they didn’t have time to do them. We most definitely will NOT be back. If you can’t do the service someone wants when they’ve been here waiting since 2:30 then don’t do the other lady’s after she came in way after us.

Terrible service. They will say there is no wait but there is. None of the colors advertised look the same when they put it on your nail and then the workers were rude when I said I wanted a different color because it looked nothing like the sample. Witnessed multiple customers in the store complaining about valid issues and the manager argued back or made excuses. Will not be coming back.
