Critical: Quality, ValueI usually love going to this location to get my full sets done. I’m not sure what happened this time.I had 3 different nail techs do my nails at the same time. I actually wanted my nails long but she never even asked how long or short I wanted them. My nails were cut absolutely too short to where I could have gotten a manicure if I wanted them this short. The process actually hurt and was rushed. This has never happened as much as I go here off and on. I actually showed a photo of what I wanted and asked if they could do it and told me yes but got some totally different. I am highly disappointed ☹️. I was able to get a pedicure and it was amazing!! I usually love going to this location to get my full sets done. I’m not sure what happened this time.I had 3 different nail techs do my nails at the same time. I actually wanted my nails long but she never even asked how long or short I wanted them. My nails were cut absolutely too short to where I could have gotten a manicure if I wanted them this short. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just had my second walk in pedicure at Allure. They were able to see me quickly both times I walked in. They have plenty of pedicure chairs to space you out. The massage that was part of the basic pedicure was EXCELLENT both times (I had different technicians each time) they use some reflexology techniques that I enjoy. I just had my second walk in pedicure at Allure. They were able to see me quickly both times I walked in. They have plenty of pedicure chairs to space you out. The massage that was part of the basic pedicure was EXCELLENT both times (I had different technicians each time) they use some reflexology techniques that I enjoy. I will be back.

Critical: ProfessionalismToday, my service was not the best from the owner, Kay. I normally see Mary, she’s gentle with my nails and provide good customer service. Mary, wasn’t in and I walked in and asked for a pedi and a mani. I was confused on the color, however, the tech that did my mani was very nice. I thought the first tech would finish my nails, but Kay, come over grab the foil off my hand tossing it as if she had an attitude, and scrubbed the hell out of my nails to get the gel off. I asked was everything ok and she said I didn’t know you wanted nails done too, which I informed the tech when walking in. She said I should come back later. Kay, detected in my voice that I was unhappy about the rudeness and unpleasant vibe she had going on. So, she said she would do my nails, and said that I complain too much. Choosing a nail color isn’t a complaint, and it wasn’t applied yet. Which there was a white woman and her daughters that came back after being serviced, and she treated them very kind even when they asked for her to change something they were unsatisfied with. Also, I had my google translator on and Kay was speaking very unpleasant. I let her finish my nails, I paid and left feeling treated poorly. And to mention, she felt we were close enough when I first started coming to kick me playing, which I didn’t find funny at all. The salon is nice and there are some pleasant techs, unfortunately, I will not be returning and I will miss Mary. People start turning on your google translator and check out exactly what they’re saying about YOU! Today, my service was not the best from the owner, Kay. I normally see Mary, she’s gentle with my nails and provide good customer service. Mary, wasn’t in and I walked in and asked for a pedi and a mani. I was confused on the color, however, the tech that did my mani was very nice.
