Critical: QualityI came here for the first time based on the reviews. But i was not happy when i left. My nails are poorly done. I tried to explain to the lady that i didn’t like how she applied the polish but she kept going and insisted that the extra polish will rinse off. Also i asked for coffin but they are regular square shaped & my nails are lumpy as well. I will not return. I came here for the first time based on the reviews. But i was not happy when i left. My nails are poorly done. I tried to explain to the lady that i didn’t like how she applied the polish but she kept going and insisted that the extra polish will rinse off. Also i asked for coffin but they are regular square shaped & my nails are lumpy as well. I will not return. Very unsatisfied.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Allure for many years. Hanna does a great French tip mani and I’ve had many good pedis at Allure. In Maine for 4 months, I never found anyone as good as Hanna. Today I treated my adult daughters who loved their gel manicures. Thank you Allure!!Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe staff is rude and unprofessional. A person went off on me just because I couldn’t hear them under there mask. Then I spoke to the manager about damage on my nails a staff member was rude unseemly and unprofessional yelling at across the store saying its been a long time. It been a long time , because I said I wasn’t going to come back because of the rude staff. I didn’t realize my nails were that damaged until I went to a another salon they said I could get a fill using a french clear polish, due to the excessive amount of Acrylic on my nails. I had get pink polish to cover up the pink dents in my nails. I wasn’t even mad about it, I just wanted a partial refund for the $78 I spent . I called and spoke to the manager the second time and the same guy was in the background saying it’s been a long time. It’s shouldn’t matter how long it’s been because I do have pictures and I came in peace. It does matter to God he is watching everything we do and how we treat people. The staff is rude and unprofessional. A person went off on me just because I couldn’t hear them under there mask. Then I spoke to the manager about damage on my nails a staff member was rude unseemly and unprofessional yelling at across the store saying its been a long time. Critical: ValueWay over priced! Used to be my go to spot but I will not be back.They did not do several things listed under the package I selected. I said pedicure with white line, you know a French tip. Painted all toes it all white. OK, fine, they were cute so I let that slide. Did not do callus treatment or face mask as listed on the price sheet. Also, the amount they charge for gel polish is not listed anywhere. Total was $60, so I was charged an extra $15 without being informed until time to pay. I knew it would be an upcharge, it would have been nice to know how much ahead of time.People go get pedicures to relax. This felt more like a rip off than a relaxing experience. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe technician rushed through my nails. The dip powered was unevenly applied, and three days later all my nails have cracked. The technician didn’t finish the job before he started a new customer. My bad was dry and covered in powder when he asked me to move chairs. Luckily, another technician offered me at least some cuticle oil. The “manicure” portion of the dip powder manicure was just cutting my cuticles.
