This business scams you out of money. They don’t list their prices anywhere and then charge you a ridiculous amount for a simple French manicure. Plus won’t even give refunds and want to blame you personally for their work chipping off the next day. I don’t recommend going here and I will NEVER return.

I called this morning to see if they had any openings for a gel color change and a pedicure. The owner (ben) told me he could pencil me in for 3 pm. I told him unfortunately I cannot come in that late as I had other obligations. He then asked what time I needed. I told him. Anytime before noon. He then told me, “okay how about 1130?” I said yes that I would be in. I waited until 1158 before he sat me in a chair. I told him I wanted gold chrome which another employee told me they had (I showed him photo). I asked him To do one coat on my pinky to be sure I liked. He did that and I did not like it as it was not the shade of gold I was looking for. BEN told me to pick another color. And he did not have any of the colors I picked out and he then told me” hurry up, I do not have time for this. I cannot do this waiting on you. I have other customers waiting for me to do their nails. I do not have time for this.” I was shocked and upset as I am also a paying customer. I felt unvalued and like I was a nuisance to them. I picked out a solid sparkle color and he only did one coat and it was completely see through. I asked another tech. To put on another coat becauS it did not look like the nail swatch I picked. I go to the nail salon to relax and enjoy myself. This trip to allure was far from enjoyable, it was beyond upsetting. I have never had an issue with them before but Ben was astonishingly rude and before I left I told hi., “please do not make appointments if you do not have the time. I will not be going back. Very very disappointing.

After visiting multiple salons and ending up unsatisfied because they didn’t honor appointment times or they often did just not-so-great jobs on my nails I found Allure and haven’t gone elsewhere since. I’ve had my nails done by Ben, Tom and Jenny and they’ve all been excellent. This is now my go-to spot for acrylics, pedicures and eyebrow waxing.
