Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI was not pleased with my service at all. I wanted square nails and told the lady exactly how i wanted. She put too much acrylic beads and made it look really fat and chunky. I asked her to smooth the sides to make em straight and she barely did anything to the sides! I even had little hairs in my nails! my cuticles and skin around my nails had powder all around it and she didn’t even clean it up. I was not pleased with my service at all. I wanted square nails and told the lady exactly how i wanted. She put too much acrylic beads and made it look really fat and chunky. I asked her to smooth the sides to make em straight and she barely did anything to the sides! I even had little hairs in my nails! my cuticles and skin around my nails had powder all around it and she didn’t even clean it up. I had to pay $100 so $70 for these full set of nails and $30 for my feet. please don’t waste your money.

My services were provided by a very nice, non-english speaking woman. She was very gentle with me in the wrong kind of way. I do not get the cheese grater treatment on my feet because that only hardens your skin. FYI, do not get it for that reason. She used the pumice stone by lightly brushing against my feet. I asked her to use more friction and she did, but not much more. She gave me a great foot massage, though. At the end of the service, my feet still needed more work and were were ashy because there was still excess skin that needed to be removed. Then we moved to the manicure. She went through the process of giving me the basic one. She did a poor job on my cuticles which really is the whole point of getting a basic manicure.At the end of the service, I was charged $20 for a basic manicure, and $30 for the basic pedicure. In this local market, that was way toooooo much to pay. $20 for a basic manicure? I then asked for the price list. I was told by the manager that it is being reprinted. When I looked their ratings up after the fact, I see that they used the price okie doke on several other people as well. I wonder if there is someone I can report that to as well?I went back the following Tuesday because my cuticles were peeling because they were not handled properly the first time and you could clearly see the skin attached to the nail and the skin around the nail peeling. Not clean at all. Another experienced person re-did my manicure without proper soaking, or cuticle treatment again. She was rude and she and the manager had an extensive conversation (about me?) while I sat there. I figured at this point I will cut my losses and leave as I did not want to shame the Lord. LOL.I do not recommend this shop to anyone. If you go, take before and after pictures. Ask for the price list in advanced. Terrible!!!!! I went there for a basic manicure and pedicure on a Friday. I never asked the cost, so that was my fault. My services were provided by a very nice, non-english speaking woman. They then left me without saying there was going to be another wait. I waited another 15mins with toes getting swiveled up in the water for someone to say anything to me. It wasn’t until they saw me looking for a towel to dry my feet before someone said I’ll be right there. I told her I’ll just get a color change because I had to leave soon. She said okay and then proceed to take her time starting. Then to top off this whole experience, the paint job looks horrible. I went in for a pedicure and had to wait about 45mins just to be placed in a seat. They then left me without saying there was going to be another wait. I waited another 15mins with toes getting swiveled up in the water for someone to say anything to me. It wasn’t until they saw me looking for a towel to dry my feet before someone said I’ll be right there. I told her I’ll just get a color change because I had to leave soon.
