Moved here almost a year ago and it was hard for me to find a new nail spot. Stumbled upon this place and have been coming here since. They can get busy but it’s worth the wait. All of the nail techs do a great job! If you are free during the week earlier in the day is the BEST time to go!!! I have even gotten my eyebrows done here and I usually get burned but I don’t here they actually test the wax before applying it on you.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a customer here since 2016 this place has went down hill completely. Customer service is horrible as well as quality of work. If you have an appointment your not taken until an hour later. I have showed up for appointments and they tell me I have to come back. I politely let them know my shape of my nails were not correct and I asked when could I come back so it could be fixed and I was told they would not fix it. I specifically asked for my eye brows to be cleaned up and they made them super skinny and when I walked in my eyebrows were thick. Every time I go for a special pedicure it is a different process sometimes I get what should be done other times they skip stuff and still charge me for the special pedicure but didn’t do what should have been done. If I’m spending $130 on nail service and I’m asking nicely for my shape to be corrected i feel it should be fixed at the time of service. I will not be returning to this nail salon and neither will any of the clients I have sent here over the years.I asked for pointy almond shaped nails an got round. My pedicure is sloppy and my nails were not cleaned underneath and made smooth this was a new full set. Prices are to high and they charge extra for every single thing. If you have an appointment your not taken until an hour later. I have showed up for appointments and they tell me I have to come back. Normally I have a good time and experience here. Today not so much. I waited almost two hours after I already made an appointment earlier in the week. The charges dont make sense. If I could give zero stars I would. I got a dip manicure 3 days ago and my nails are already deteriorating. The top gel is already coming off and it was extremely sloppy work. When I called to ask them if they could fix my nails or give me a refund they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Allure nails never disappoints! I have been going to Kim for 7 years to get my nails filled & pedicures -she is THE BEST! I like my nails to look natural, not too “thick” which was always the case every time I would get a set somewhere else. After finding Allure Nails, I will never go back to another nail salon! I don’t usually get special designs but I have seen some beautiful, very unique designs on other women’s nails. The nail techs are truly artists. They are always re-creating designs from pics the clients bring in & want to copy. I come here all the time to get my nails done and I usually love it. They do tend to over charge my fill for a regular set of acrylics with no designs cost me 60+ while my friends fill set of new acrylics cost $35 but I don’t complain because I love the work but I just went in today and my nail immediately broke after I left 🙁 great place for difficult nail designs but just be prepared for the pricing to be inconsistent
