I was new to the area and searching for a new nail salon. I had already had 2 bad experiences else where. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to give me the best experience possible and they did just that. The salon was beautiful and immaculate. Critical: ValueBeware of hidden charges, if you come in to do an acrylic balance and fill, they will charge you extra for having a certain nail length and shape that is pre-existing, even if they do barely anything to the existing shape and length. I paid $70 for a gel fill and balance because of this. The person who did my nails did a great job and was super nice so my complaint has nothing to do with any employee, it’s that I was never made aware of this extra charge until I actually sat down to get my nails done. I would have at least appreciated someone being more up front with me about this while I was scheduling my appointment. Because I cannot afford to spend $70 on a fill and balance, I will be taking my business back to the place where I initially got my nails done since they are much more affordable and the quality is just as good. I’ve never had nails done that were so bad I took them off instantly, I had a terrible experience here they did my nails absolutely terrible, the polish job was AWFUL and the lady didn’t listen to anything i said i wanted done, i’m never coming back and neither is my family or friends. WAIST of 60 dollars the nails were barley glued on they came off so easily without me even picking at them, and they were paper thin! terrible experience

I love getting my nails done here. I get dip almost all the time because they do such a great job and it lasts the longest than anywhere else I’ve been. Absolutely beautiful Salon, great esthetic, relaxing atmosphere, great people with good calming vibes! The last place hadn’t done the best job & I needed a fresh set. I ended up running late to my appointment but they still got me in for a fill, a magical fill! She was able to more than fix them, they look & feel like a fresh set!! Everyone was helpful & extremely nice, they go above & beyond! I highly recommend, it’s a pleasure to be there not just something you’re checking off your “To-Do List!” I will definitely be returning! A huge thank you to everyone there!! ⭐×100

The first visit was great this was my 2nd visit they had limited serves even with appointment and up charges for t he same service I had done previously. And was not child friendly was told I couldn’t bring my 1 year old granddaughter again unless she.gets a service..like really come on people. Dip powder
