Posting review for my mother: Extremely displeased with service. Had informed the nail technician that she wanted to keep her tips on and that she had dip on. They then removed her nails and she yelled at them stating that was not what she wanted. Then someone else helped her but as you can see the results are horrible. Every single nail is uneven!!! They continued to charge her the full price of the service, even though they messed up!!! They could tell she was displeased and she had vocalized her concerns but they still did nothing to accommodate her.

Booked a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure started off OK until the technician dug into the side of my large toe and continued after I asked her to stop three times. Extremely painful. Then the manicure was a matter of 10 minutes with clumpy nail polish. I have never had a manicure and a pedicure that only took a 1/2 hour.

I went in she tells me pick a color. I see the place is busy. Tbere are 3 people ahead of me so i wait. Two more peoe come in 10 minutes after the 3 people get seated. Asian lady directing knows them by name and from conversation i can tell they dont have appt. One lady ask if she should come back its not a problem. Second lady has only been there a few minutes. Aisian lady looks at me many times tben she seats the two women before me. I got up told her it wasnt right and walked out. Asian lady shouting no worry , no worry, you next. FU

I try to give businesses a few tries, but I should have learned from my daughters experience which was bad as well. Very rushed to do manicures and pedicures. Results are subpar. Didn’t cut cuticles on my pedicure. Nail polish in the corner of the nails. Horrible foot massage, I felt like she was just rubbing lotion on my legs and feet. The prices are up to $30 for a pedicure. Plus your tip. Overpriced for very poor results. The owner is very nice but every experience so far has been very poor. Last time going. Would definitely not recommend.

I could have done my manicure better by myself at home, yes, they use the gel nail polish and the led light, but the woman who did it cut my finger nails without asking and left them too short, and the polish is not even, and all of that for $30. I’ll never get another manicure from this place
