I think the nail salon itself is beautiful. And the people that work there are kind. But it was just a completely different experience than what I’m used to. I have used the same nail tech for 8 years and when she couldn’t get me rescheduled, I came here only to be disappointed. All of my nails are different lengths. Especially my thumbs. And my nails are wavy…..what I got done, my normal nail tech would charge me $45 since I used my real nails not a nail tip and they’re rather short… I got charged $63 before a tip… it is their right to charge what they want.. but the quality does not match the price. I’m sorry, but it doesn’t. I know there’s plenty of reviews on here with beautiful nails.. but mine are not part of that. Hopefully other people have a more pleasant experience than me.

Amazing! I took my daughter for the first time with me and she was as impressed as I was my first time! Dave is so detailed in his work it is like watching an artist create. Every one there takes their time and is proud of thier craft and it shows. The prices are a little more but it’s worth it when the other few places I have gone to rush and then break, chip, or peel. I will never go anywhere else. Dave has a customer for life!

First visit was great. The lady doing my pedicure was so kind and did an amazing job on my basic pedicure. The second visit which was today- terrible. The guy was kind but it literally took him 12 minutes to complete the full basic pedicure. Barley took the time to scrub or even massage. I realize I’m not paying for anything special and all I get is regular polish, but it would be nice if the time was taken to really scrub and massage like a basic pedicure should be. And it wasn’t busy at all so I’m not sure what the rush was about. What he did this morning, I could have done easily myself at home and saved $25. Just not good customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience for my birthday. The nail techs mocked and made faces directly at me as they performed my service. I don’t mind others speaking in another language, but it was plainly obvious that they were talking about ME in my face. The mockery was prompted because I brought in a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday, which I happily shared with nail techs. I am accustomed to nail salons offering champagne/wine, so I did not expect this to prompt me being mocked. I am a racially ambiguous black woman and felt this may have been a matter of implicit bias in the fact that I am “other”. The older woman who did my pedicure also had the nerve to ask me for a tip, which I obliged. $115 for dip powder mani and the bomb pedicure + $15 tip which would’ve been more if my service was better. She did not carry out the complete service listed for the pedicure I selected either. The nails are also not worth posting, but I’m not even picky about my nails. I just would’ve appreciated better service. I should’ve went to Chattanooga. Needless to say, I will not be returning. – Alexis

8/29/22 Arrived at 5:15 the salon was packed. Had to wait for pedicure . Massage was very relaxing however, when trying to remove ingrown toenails from my big toes they became infected the next day. Polish job (gel) on toenails is very sloppy. I have nails that don’t have a full stroke of polish on them. Had to wait 20 minutes for French tips. Nail tech did an ok job but I feel it was rush because of closing time.Image my surprise when my total rang up $96.50. I can’t afford this every 3 weeks so I won’t return.

The worst service I ever went too. I went in today I explained to the lady exactly what I wanted she acted like I didn’t know anything about nails. Uneven dip powdered . I do not recommend this place at all.
