Worse experience here by far. Technician was extremely rude and rough. Hurt me several times while doing my pedicure and manicure. Misshaped my nails and didn’t offer to put any cuticle oil I had to do it myself. I requested my eye brows be done with another tech and she said I don’t care you can do whatever you want. Opted out of getting them done here. After spending $70 for this nightmare or customer service. I will not be returning.

I walked into Allure Salon near by my house. I always come here but never aby of them feel like working. They are always disrespected towards me. Today, I walked in to get full set ( pink/ white gel ) French. She sit me down started talking about dipping nails I said no powder is fine but she continued to convince I said it’s fine I the one I always get. After cutting my nails too short she said I don’t have time to do your nails. Please leave get up and leave I told her nothing she disrespected me in front of all. I am so upset she said to me I am stupid and I should leave. This is place people have no greeting gesture. If you don’t have time to do my nails at 5pm then why r u there. She said she have appointments but she didn’t 2 of them doing nothing. Then she asked to leave. So rude. She started back on pulling foils . She upset me where I was supposed to go to my cousin wedding tomorrow. Its a shame. This place is awful. No one has right one to treat anyone like this. I told her nothing but being polite to her. But if she doesn’t like to work she shouldn’t be working there. So unprofessional. This people should never have been working there. They didn’t share manager number. If you don’t have manager how you running your business. Horrible place. Lazy and there excuse is we r tired

Tina is detailed in her work and did a perfect job shaping my nails not too round yet not too almond (I’m picky). A couple minor abrasions along the cuticle line, but was gentle to avoid further irritation. The abrasions are the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Dip powder

February 6th I had an appointment and when scheduling I specifically asked for ‘cat eye’. I wasn’t exactly sure what it was, but I liked the look of it (a girl I work with does that with her nails). I went from dip powder to super thick lumpy bumpy , 10 layer thick looking can see the two different colors (light and dark) gel product. I did not know it did not harden like acrylic or dip. The sample looked NOTHING like the color I ended up with. She told me it’s because the sample is done by a machine. Even before I left she asked to redo it for me (she knew it looked terrible and I was not loving the color) but I told her I had already been there for three hours and the shop is now closed (it was 7pm). I scheduled a time to come back for her to redo it. The first few days i had to keep pushing the appointment back because I work at a surgery center and there is no clocking out when we still have patients, so it’s not exactly predictable of when I am able to leave each day, but I always called to reschedule-only twice). I rescheduled for today, February 13th. Right away she is extremely aggressive with me, the way she was talking at me and handing me. I never get gel so not sure of the process of soaking off or what but she took the grinding tool and GROUND OFF ALL OF THAT GEL, DOWN TO THE NAIL BED!!!! I told her she was being too tough and damaging my nails! I asked her how gel is usually taken off – soaking yes? She admitted YES that is how you should take it off. She then took the very coarse nail file to my nails, but she had already made them so thin even that hurt. I told her I’ve had enough and walked out. What I should have done was talk to the manager and show her what employee had done! The photo is of my nails as soon as I got back into my car. The person responsible for this atrocity sits at the first station on the right when you walk in !
