I found Allure Nails in a pinch, as my regular nail person went on vacation for a month. Now, the first two visits was with Helen, who left shortly after. She was great, and she listened to my likes and dislikes. Sonny provided my pedicure on my third visit, he was amazing. However, he doesn’t do the nail services I require, so another person serviced my nails. Not only did he not listen when I said I didn’t want the coffin shaped nails, I ended up asking for the file, so that I could show him what I wanted, by filing it myself. I made appointments for my sister-in law and I to have treatments for her wedding, with our appointments scheduled for 1:30pm. We didn’t get seated until almost 2pm, and it took an extra 20 minutes for them to find a technician to start her services. My final visit was on Monday, November 14th. Not only did I end up with the same technician, who again, didn’t listen, I had acrylic all over the sides of my fingers, that I had to ask to have removed. Not to mention, my acrylic overlay broke off within days, and they layers are starting to chip off on other nails, which by the way are my own nails. On the plus side, the salon is very sanitary, using new utensils out of the packages, the pedicure seats are comfortable and spread a part. However, they also charge a 3% up cost for use of cards, on top of the already high cost of services, and their customer service is shotty at best. I would not reccomend this place to anyone!

It’s a nice and clean establishment. Most of the ladies are friendly and sociable. They are not always friendly over the phone. I never have a problem getting an appointment. Love the Volcano Pedicure. However, I was happy with my recent nail appointment. I don’t often get full sets but I am attending a wedding. Got a French Manicure but the nail tips had gaps and the acrylic was really thick. Had them redone at another shop due to time.

Drove 30 minutes home to realize my gel pedicure was not fully dry after technician put on my shoes. The service was also slow. Had to drive back another 30 minutes. I requested a refund and was denied. I requested my tip back and was also denied.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI’ve been coming to this nail salon consistently for a few months now. Quality is hit or miss. The last time I got my nails done (11/19/21). I made an appointment for 5:30 and waited about 15 minutes for my service to start. However I also didn’t end up leaving the establishment until 9 for a classic white pedicure and classic white full set with dip. I requested the dip for a very specific look which the technician did not tell meShe couldnt do and/or would be her first time trying until after my service ended. I have a crooked misshapen nail that I pointed out but did not want to wait to have fixed (I’d already been there 3 hours). I could tell the technician also did not think the work was the best as she kept checking my reaction asking me what was wrong. Even heard another, more experienced technician tell her she shouldn’t have done my dip. I’ve spent alot of money here in the last few months so it’s very disappointing that no resolution was offered for the amount of time and money spent on a service that was not worth it. Im all for people practicing and learning when I am choosing that. When this salon opened it was great but sadly the quality of the experience has declined. The owner and his family are still pretty nice and professional . However the nail techs at the salon after the pandemic are not very good- cause the more experienced techs to be overbooked. Anna does decent work BUT does not honor scheduled appointments. Beware- bring cash or be prepared to pay and atm fee to withdraw cash or a 15% up charge for using a credit card . The owner charged the customer for this payment option.
