Don’t bother making an appointment. They will still ask you to wait 30 minutes. This has happened to me several times since they opened up shop. The only reason I tried them again is because I received a gift cert for Xmas. And let’s be honest, their work is not amazing enough to make an appointment AND wait for them to be over with the walk-in that they took in knowingly they had an appointment. Bad business all the way. I’m not sure they really care about customer service. They sure have a funny way of showing it.

Honestly, I’m impressed! I got a basic pedicure (wasn’t offered any options) but it was quick and I like that since I like being in and out of nail salons. The ladies working there are very sweet. I love my pedicure and I’ll be returning! $30 for a pedicure isn’t too bad either

They tried having me walk barefoot on the floor to the hand station, the lady doing my feet didnt even clean my nails and when i asked her to she declined and told me it was just my toenail… the woman doing my nails had to stop and file my fingernails because the woman doing my fingernails messed up and the towels they used on my legs and hand were not hot and smelled weird .

Absolute worst manicure experience ever! We called ahead to make sure they could take us both at once, and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. We show up and they see me right away. My friend (who is Mexican and had heard from others that this place discriminates) was completely ignored. After several minutes, she asks when they’ll be ready for her, to which they angrily reply 10 minutes. About 20 minutes go by, my manicure is almost done, and they still haven’t even looked at my friend. Then a white woman comes in and is seen IMMEDIATELY. So disrespectful! And on top of it all, he cut my fingers in two places and didn’t clean it, so I had dried blood mixed in with my polish on two different fingers. Worst $31 I’ve ever spent! Avoid this place!

Honestly would NOT recommend. The first time I went they acted as if they didn’t see me for at least ten minutes and when they finally looked up they said they take appts only even though the sign on the door said they accepted walk ins. The second time I went the nail tech was so rough when taking my nails off he made my nail bleed. And I asked him could he slow down because it hurt and he didn’t. The third time I went the nail tech did a terrible job painting and I asked if I could choose a different polish because that one was too thick and it didn’t dry properly. She kept painting until the owner came over and told her they didn’t look good. The fourth and final time I went on a wednesday and they only had two customers. I asked to have the acrylic taken off so I could get a gel manicure. He told me no because that would take too long and asked me to “come back tomorrow.” I will never, EVER go back.

Tony did a flawless job on my gel manicure just before I went on a vacation. I have had this polish for 32 days and it has not chipped or diminished in any way! Tony is very pleasant and does an excellent manicure that will last. Thank you!

Very dirty unfriendly and rushed. I scheduled 2 appointments for 4:00 & waited 30 minutes and still no one helped us. Watched the manicurists work and go from one customer to another. Working on feet on one lady to nails polished on another. They never washed there hands. They empty the pedicure bath and then refill for the next customer never cleaning just rinsing the basin. We left because we were grossed out!!
