Never had I been there but a friend referred me to Hollie. Omg!! She was doing a pedure when I got there waited 5 mnts which is was ok.. cool. But when I sat on the chair she gives me sanitizer for my hands..which is great! But then she doesn’t change her gloves when finished with her client before me. So I asked her politely if she can change the gloves she did but she’s mumbling words to herself. Then she precedes to file my nails with a used file that has a nail on it which I ask her is she can use a new one which she does but with a bit of an attitude. So by this time I’ve have had it! asked her to stop! Offered to pay what she had done and walked out.

I had been going to Hollie and Nathan on and off for sometime, and for the most part, the service was ok. Nathan is fantastic and if it was just Nathan, I would still be going to this salon. BUT, Hollie is so unprofessional!!! She also gives a mediocre pedicure (always cut my nails way too short even when I told her to please not cut them so short, sloppy polish job – like polish on the skin, and my nails were always unevenly filled). Again, I would politely point this out, but rather than fix it, she would just apologize in a condescending way and not fix it. Poor Nathan, I hate to think how many clients he has lost working with her.

Yes they are busy, yes you will have to wait. Why? Because Hollie and her team are fabulous. Don’t come in expecting to be fawned over and spoiled, if you want that go to a spa. If you want an awesome manicure and good art then sit down and be patient, they will get to you.

Very bad service ! The owner dosent want to do a refills! She just want to do a full set of nails and when you are ther she wants to do gel so she can charge you more ! She annoying asking if you just want a refill! Most of my frieds have the same experience!!
