The best pedicure and manicure hands down. Whomever gave me my pedicure gave the best foot/leg massage I have ever had (I have ticklish feet, so this says a lot) and when I come back to Dallas again I will definitely be returning to this specific spa. My manicurist was on point and super delicate with my cuticles and made my dip nails looks super amazeballs. Keep up the good work Allure McKinney, you have a client for life now.

Overall I had a decent experience. They were not too busy so I was able to walk in and get started right away. My only complaints were the tool bit being used kept getting too hot on my nails so that bothered me. Lastly once my nails were done, I could see my thumb nail length is not even and some of the sides don’t look great. I went with a very neutral color so it won’t be too obvious but a darker color and this would stand out more and really bother me.

So I came Aug. 20th Tuesday and took pictures of my nails Aug. 25th Sunday.The worst ever not a week yet my nails started chipping I’m so mad. The lady that did my nails was nice and friendly but did horrible job. I called and they say come by anytime and we will fixed it. I don’t have a lot of time I have kids to take care of. PS. These nails are nexgen and I was charged 5 dollars to take the cuticle out and that was weird.

I WILL NEVER go back to this nail salon and I’ve been a customer for over 4 years. The last service I got I asked for color 187 and showed the nail display. The nail tech did my nexgen nails and when he was done I told him the color was not the same as the one I picked. Alex and the female owner offered to cover it with gel in a similar color. Big mistake because that chipped off the same day. When I went back a week and a half later my intention was to show them the horrible job in hopes that they apologize and/or discount a new set because it was awful. The female owner and the tech that did the nails were extremely rude. The owner slammed down 3 jars of dip powder and rolled her eyes and said this just happens sometimes. She refused to listen to me and started yelling at me that she wasn’t doing ANYTHING else and made me leave. I have never been treated so rudely and was outraged. I have noticed in the past that they offer drinks to non African Amercian people right away and then after you’ve been sitting there watching they will then offer you one. I did not want to think this place was this way but after the treatment today it’s obvious. Its sad that they would rather lose a loyal customer who always tips and never causes problems than to provide better customer service.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, I got the most terrible experience in a nail salon, THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AT ALL, very expensive, they do well on over charge you, but service is to bad, it’s like 4 people insisting on deep in powder, the nail person I got its an old man. Very slooooow, I thought he had experience, but not at all. They only know overcharge you for terrible work. Very disappointing.

I’ve been coming here since moving to McKinney in 2020. I have received top notch service except one time, but they have gotten it right 99% of the time.
