Anna is not only friendly, but also good at her job. She was precise with the nail design and took her time…..it wasn’t a rushed job even though it was almost closing time. I got gel manicure with acrylic nails, regular color change for my feet and eye brow waxing done by Anna on 12/18/21, and must say that I was satisfied with the outcome. Anna is not only friendly, but also good at her job. She was precise with the nail design and took her time…..it wasn’t a rushed job even though it was almost closing time. Overall ok. I was excited and wanted to treat myself. I had been waiting to come to this shop for a while since I saved it in my favorites. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure, but my tech ended up doing dip powder and gel..the total ended up being $115. I wasn’t told of any prices though I didn’t ask, it seemed pretty high to me.

I have been a frequent customer at Allure for about two years now and I’ve finally had enough and will not be coming back. Over the last few months, service has gone down drastically. I’ve always made allowances for the salon being busy and sometimes the unexpected arises, but the last three appointments I’ve made, I’ve sat waiting for 30+ minutes past my appointment time. It’s incredibly frustrating that appointments seem to hold no weight and are meaningless. More than that, the quality of service varies GREATLY depending on the tech you get, and their color options are limited to a few shades of pink or the brightest and most glittery colors. I’ve also had a tech cut my cuticles (and my partner’s) way too short in the past to the point where they got infected…. I love the tech Anna on a personal level and wish her well but sadly I won’t be coming back anymore. It’s not worth it.

All I wanted was a gel polish change on my toes. I was passed off to another technician. After the polish, the technician applied the gel super thick across my toes. I told her it was too thick & she kept saying it’s ok. The technician proceeded to putting my foot in the Gel oven & I jumped because it burned my toes. The technician stated it’s ok this happens & then it will cool. . After dry, the technician kept filing and removing dried gel from my foot. Yes, I asked for management help. Yes, another technician removed the gel & did the job correctly. This process took hours. Most likely, there was no education provided to the technician for the burning; most likely she did not follow instructions for applying gel correctly. Never going back

I had a wonderful experience with Allure, until I went to another County where I was shown the horrible job done by Allure. I always went in a timely fashion, but the tenchian never removed my nails. Well, long and short is now I have nail fungus and I have been going to them for months Now how many of their clients Ave it. Please, this is just not Allure , but I through Montgomery County without how many women I infected with nail fungus.

The place is very clean and the staff is very kind but the second time I went I wasn’t happy with the job. The first time I got a fill in and it was amazing! The second time I had my acrylics removed and got a gel manicure. I wasn’t too happy with the outcome (you can still see where the acrylic nail was on my original nail) but decided I could live with it. Well the manicure hasn’t lasted a week (check the pictures) and it keeps chipping and my nails were filed so thin that they broke very easily. The gel cost a lot of money and so I would’ve hoped it lasted st least two weeks. I don’t think I’ll be returning unless it’s to get a fill in.

Went to get a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure was on except the tech kept cutting my toe nails too much. The manicure I asked for a certain shape and didn’t get what I asked for and the tech said she didn’t do designs. Okay. I also asked got black but got blue ♀️

This nail salon is way too convenient for me, so I decided to give it a try even though the reviews are hit or miss. I went in at 6:30 on a Friday and waiting maybe 20 minutes tops to get my nails and toes done, which isn’t bad. Lisa was my nail technician and she was pretty cool. I asked for a full set with gel polish and she took care of my nails. They did not have the olive green color as shown on their display, so I went with the lime green instead. I would say that at the end of the day, my nails look good. The polish is not clumpy and my nails are still in tact. My only complaint is that the polish is kind of dripping past my nail onto my cuticle; I’m sure it’ll go away in a few days though. My pedicure was basic, but good. I spent $80 total. Try it out! You never know!

Super relaxing, clean and beautiful new nail spot! They did such a nice job on my dip powder mani. Many different options for pedicures – I went with the classic and was very happy with the quality. (Massage chairs are also extra comfy!!) Efficient without making me feel rushed and very friendly and kind staff. Definitely will be my go to place from now on!
