They take the time to sit down and explain how they would go about your treatment and what steps to do first. The office staff was nice. The 1st time in the office I was seen right away. The 2nd time I sat in the exam room for 45 before I went to ask if I was going to be seen, they said yes very soon, another 15 went by and someone came in. The person who does the injections appears to work on commission by the way they push the products. I received 60 units for my 11 lines, I went back 2 weeks later where they gave me 5 more units. Now it’s been 6 weeks from the initial injections, I’m able to frown. I feel like they may not be following the recommend guidelines when mixing the botox with the saline. July 12th 1st visit, Aug 2nd went back for a booster, today is Sept 1st.

Friendly staff but ultimately all they care about is you spending as much money as possible. Very money hungry driven business. They advertise Botox but it is NOT, they use Xeomin and do not tell you. My treatment would start wearing off after a month. Their answer is to just use more and to get you to spend more money. They are big on selling packages to you like magic lift.

100 percent agree with the rest of the comments about something being off with the botox. It doesn’t last, had to go back within a month that still didn’t work. This has never happened with any other place I have received botox. It’s already premixed results are terrible. Spend twice the amount because you have to keep going back so soon. I don’t recommend using them for botox is not the correct formula which is why it’s probably so cheap. However Ashley is very nice.

Krista and Amal are amazing!! I have always hated my lips and always wanted them done but never thought I’d have the guts to do it. The thought of messing with my face and fear of needles really steered me away. I set up a consultation with the intention of actually going through with it but got really scared the day of. My appointment was at 6:45 and I’m pretty sure they closed at 7:00 but never once did they mention it or make me feel rushed. They answered all my questions and concerns and were able to give me the extra push I needed to go through with it. I am SO happy I did. They set proper expectations on everything from the procedure/pain to the results. I am terrified of needles and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time and were super patient with me. I had to close my eyes so I never saw the needle and they walked me through every step and what to expect before it happened which was super helpful for me to stay calm. I wasn’t sure about the results at first but they said I would feel that way so I trusted the process. When I woke up the next day and saw the swelling went down, I was so happy with them, I already called and booked my next appointment. Highly recommend them!
