Staff is great but expect a minimum of 45 minutes to be seen. Doesn’t matter if you’ve had your appointment for 6 months, or it’s a same day appt.- it is consistently at least 45 minutes of sitting in the exam room to be seen. If you know that going in you’ll be good. Definitely not a “lunch break appointment” kind of place.

I’ve been to this location about 3 times and I love it! Convenient and easy scheduling on line. Rachel was welcoming and friendly! Im pretty sure I saw Jessica the first time I came for my Botox. And again this time. She uses a combination of Botox and xeomin! They first time she did it I thought it was perfect! Glad I got her again! I also received some in my chin for the rippling. Both Jessica and Taylor where very informative and answered all my questions. This has been my new Botox place and I will continue to come. And who doesn’t want Botox for $8 a unit. Plus it seems to last a long time. I’m at my 6 month mark and could of waited even longer. But I wanted a refresher!

They pull you in with $8/unit and then try to force you to buy units you don’t even need. I usually get 20 units and Dana told me I have to purchase 35 units or she’ll refuse me and I can go find somewhere else. I told her I want only 20 since that is what I usually get. And she told me no and walked me out. Rude and unprofessional. You should give the customer what they want. Will never return here or recommend this place.
