Jess is a MIRACLE worker – first time in I came for a fill, I had previously had a fill done elsewhere and it was a complete mess. Jess quickly went to work and fixed my lashes in such a short amount of time. I now know to contact her beforehand if I think there may be any issues i.e. if I had to get an emergency fill else where, less than 40% of my lashes left before coming in for a fill (she may need extra time for situations like this), both of which happened to me.
