This place has no respect for their clients. I have been going to this laser spa for around a year. Around six months ago I started experiencing problems. First, I came on my laser treatment as usual, when I had to pay I told the woman in the front that I have packages that should cover my treatment. Woman didn’t know how to process it in her system, so she told me to just go home and someone will call me later that day who knows how to process clients who have packages. BUT after I left the place five minutes later I checked my bank account and it turned out that the woman charged me even though she was not supposed to do it. Long story short, I had to call them multiple times so they would return me money which they did but still it caused me a lot of stress. The next time happened last month, when I arrive to my appointment 10 minutes earlier and the woman in front tells me that the laser technician is late and will be there 20 minutes later, so I waited over there and by the end she told me that Laser technician is not coming at all. I just wasted my time going over there. Also, it is unfair that when the client doesn’t show up on the appointment they charge 50$ from the card but when the appointment got cancelled because of their fault they only gave me 10$ discount which almost nothing to compare to the time I had wasted on going there and waiting for nothing. The final time happened which led me to stop going to this place today. I arrived on my appointment on time and then when I was already in the cabinet they asked me to exit it and wait because woman who was in front of me was late and she just arrived. I can’t even imagine how could they be so rude to their clients who have been going to the over a continuous period of time. It is not my fault that the woman was late, she was supposed wait for me since she was the one who came in late!!! The employee don’t understand that if they want to keep their clients they should show some respect for the clients. Why I was supposed to wait??? I arrived on time. PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE AND ARE VERY RUDE TO THEIR CLIENTS!!!!

I arrived to Allure Laser Center for the first time and was nicely greeted by the receptionist. She offered me water and checked me in right away. After a few minutes, I was admitted into one of the rooms where they can performed my laser. Mariam, the Nurse Practitioner, started with my laser hair removal and did an amazing job. Hardly felt any pain! After following their Instagram for a while, I was interested in lip injections and botox. Mariam referred me to John, a Doctor working in the same laser clinic. I was able to get my consultation and service done all in the same day. I was extremely worried about the pain, but luckily they were able to provide numbing cream. Dr. John applied and began injecting! Overall, I was very happy with the service and warm welcome. I recommend anyone who is looking for laser hair removal and injectables.

This place is wonderful! The staff is helpful, it’s a beautiful, clean space. They have all the services you need for a complete spa day. I was given a gift certificate so here’s the services I had; a relaxing facial with Susan that was the best! A session of Emscuplt, which is building muscle and sculpting your body! And a little Botox with Diana. She was so helpful and explained it might bruise but it didn’t. I am going back monthly for facials. I love this place.

I’ve always been self conscious about my lips because my upper lip was so thin, which led me to decide to get fillers. I was so nervous because my pain threshold is almost non existent. When I sat down and talked about what I was looking for with Mariam, she was totally realistic with my result and made no false promises. She let me know it may take a few sessions before I can get everything I want, but that today we could make it so you couldn’t see my upper gums when I smiled. I was super nervous to get the injections and she was super sweet and understanding the entire time, even when she was doing the procedure. She even suggested facial treatments to help with my acne scars and suggested we do a lip flip to help with my lip projection. I’m so beyond happy with my results and I cannot wait to go back for more !

After wanting lip fillers for a long time, I finally picked myself up and drove to Allure Laser Center. Mariam, the lady injecting my lips, applied numbing cream and thereafter began the injections.
