Great place! If your hair could use some attention, don’t hesitate to get that phone dialing for an appointment. All stylist there are great! I’m partial to Michelle myself. Absolutely hands down my most favorite lifetime hair stylist by far! Simply amazing! What are you waiting for? My mom and one of the stylists are close friends, therefore, me and my sisters always come to this salon. I have absolutely never had a bad experience. Mrs. Shannon is my favorite, we always see her. At one point, my mom asked to cut a lot of my hair, which I hated the idea of, but she actually made it look great! I highly recommend this salon.

I have been here to tan once before, and I enjoyed it. It’s very clean and comfortable. I did not feel very welcome when I walked in or while I was there during that visit. My second time here, I was getting my hair cut. Again, I did not feel welcome or comfortable when I was waiting to get my hair cut. I was very nervous because my hair has always been long. It was a little bit longer than halfway down my back. I went from that to an A-line bob, and I had a picture of exactly what I wanted done. My hair was as long as it was because I don’t trust people to cut my hair. I don’t trust people to cut my hair because they don’t listen when I tell them what I want done to it. Diane did my hair, and she did not listen to me. She is VERY sweet and VERY welcoming, but when my hair was exactly the length I wanted it in the front, I told her that I do not want anymore cut off of the front but to shorten the back some more. She shortened the back. Then she shortened the front. Again, I told her I liked the front and not to take anymore off of the front and to just shorten the back some more. She shortened the back some more. Then she shortened the front some more…again. I wanted the front length to be down a little past my shoulders. When she got done, the front didn’t even TOUCH my shoulders. Even another stylist said, “She just keeps cuttin’, doesn’t she?” Yeah. She does. When I told her to stop. She was very nice, and after playing with my hair a bit, I do like it, but every time I look at the picture of what I went in there specifically asking for… It makes me mad, and it really upsets me. Because this is why I don’t trust anyone with my hair. She did not listen to me, and when I asked her twice not to take anymore off of the front, she did what SHE wanted and not what her customer wanted. That evening, I was out with family, and a family friend who is also a hairstylist said, “It’s not even straight in the back”. I got over 12 inches cut off of my hair here, and I won’t even be back unless it’s with a different stylist.

Customer service is poor. Was treated badly by Summer for absolutely no reason. She was not a nice person at all. I don’t feel they have the right people to work the tanning salon part. I hear they do great hair. And the 20 min bed had hot bulbs. Which is great but the customer service absolutely ruins it. Priced too high on lotions which most are. Ms Casey the owner was nice and her husband. I will not EVER be back though big disappointment too.
