Critical: Quality, ValueGoing to this salon was a mistake. I do think that Jennifer is a nice person and the pictures of her work posted on google look good but my experience was horrible. I wanted my hair cut and an ombré dye job with a deep purple on the bottom. The cut went great , then she took the color out of the bottom half of my hair so she could put in the deep purple. She puts the purple in my hair and it doesn’t stay. My hair looked bad but she said she would fix it. We paid $165 thinking that she was going to fix my hair, if I had known how bad it was going to turn out I wouldn’t have. So we go back in and she put the dye in my hair again and it looked worse! At this point my hair looks awful and Jennifer asks for another $40! When she should have been giving me a refund, she was asking me for more money. I couldn’t believe she was really asking me for more money after she said she was going to fix my hair since it looked bad the first time. I confronted her about this and at first she tried to say it didn’t look that bad, then she blamed MY HAIR. Listen people make mistakes, I understand that but she wouldn’t admit that my hair looked bad or even apologize to me. When I got home and got a good look at my hair I cried…. it was 4 different colors( purple not being one of them) and she went all the way to the top of my hair in one spot and then did the rest of my hair halfway. Thankfully I was able to find someone (Angelle) willing to fix my hair. It turned out amazing and my hair had no issue taking color although Jennifer stated that was the issue and refused to own up to her wrong doing.Jennifer has been in business a long time so I’m sure she does great work but for me…. it was a bad experience and all I wanted( even more than my money) was an apology. Going to this salon was a mistake. I do think that Jennifer is a nice person and the pictures of her work posted on google look good but my experience was horrible.
