My daughter sat in the chair for 5 HOURS with Camryn, only to receive highlights that weren’t what she had hoped! PLUS, the stylist ran out of time to give my daughter the haircut she had also wanted along with the highlights. The salon scheduled her immediately the next day for a cut with Hannah, which was appreciated. My daughter called and spoke to the owner about her highlights and asked if Hannah could touch them up, since Camryn’s results were not done to her satisfaction. The owner said they were booked but obliged for Hannah to touch them up. Meanwhile, my daughter spent $155 for the first appointment and then was also charged $117 for the second service of more highlights and a haircut. I understand there is products and labor to pay for but felt there should have been some sort of service correction and not so much of an additional charge on top of the first one . . . to give the client what she wanted and retain a customer! What’s more ridiculous is to sit in a chair for 5 HOURS and still not receive the full service she had scheduled. My daughter is young, so she is still working on her confidence and to voice her feelings, but I feel this was not a positive experience.

Came in just about a week ago and I am completely obsessed. Was looking for a copper hair color and Camryn along with the team accomplished a result that best suited by face, and hair (based what was already there). I had dealt with 2 negative outcomes for going to the wrong places in Waukesha, but I am so glad I gave this place a shot. Camryn is super welcoming and sweet and made sure to keep good communication with me throughout the entire process on what was being done. Normally a lot of places get impatient doing services on my hair because it is on the longer side and can become quite uncomfortable to deal with their frustration. Despite the difficulties, my hair stylist still made sure to stay hospitable, energetic and sweet. My sister shortly got her hair done the following day and the results are BEAUTIFUL. Reasonable pricing too people!

By the end of my hair cut another stylist was showing me pictures of her dog and all of us were talking about our pets. I saw Hannah for a haircut. I cannot say enough good things. This was my first time at Allure. Hannah did an amazing job with my shampoo, cut and style. She was so friendly and thorough. I will definitely be back to see her. However, there was something far more impressive to me. Every single employee there was nice to me. Scheduling appointments is very difficult. The receptionist was not able to help me book an appointment when I called and suggested I contact my preferred stylist, Kimmey, independently. Via text, I was able to schedule an appointment for a cut and color for the following month. When I arrived for my appointment, I checked in with the receptionist, and after waiting 15 minutes the stylist informed me that she didn’t have our appointment in her books, despite our documented conversation in text. I was very disappointed, and had taken off of work for the appointment. I had previously been very happy with the service at Allure, and even recommended the salon to others. Due to the length of time it takes to book out, and uncertainty even if scheduled, I will be looking for another stylist.

I went in last week for a facial with Kasey and it was absolutely amazing!! My skin looked and felt incredible afterward. She is without a doubt the best around! The salon is so pretty inside…a very relaxing atmosphere. The owner Sara and her mom were there and they are the sweetest!

The stylist, who was new there, did a great job on my daughter’s hair for prom, but seemed to be intentionally rude with no eye contact and absolutely no verbal comunication with me as I wrote out check and we left. She seemed stressed and annoyed. But I most likely won’t be back.
