I am the owner of this salon.I have been in the beauty industry for over 25 years!We have been serving clients at this location for over 12 years! It’s really disheartening that people will run to google or yelp to leave bad reviews before contacting the salon or myself to see if there is something that can be done to satisfy your experience and/or expectations.I am very thorough with all of my consultations! LASHES ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE!EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS.We use top quality product and do NOT cut corners to save money by purchasing cheap product from Amazon. I am multi-certified and have heavily invested in my education and anyone who works with me in my salon.Lashes shed for a number of reasons and most of the time it’s because the client didn’t follow protocol when they left the salon! I have thousands of satisfied lash clients and am proud of my work!
