I asked for highlights and when I told the hair dresser that I didn’t like it because the highlightings were orange and suggested to put a violet ash toner to cancel out the orange she got offended and got a real bad attitude….she then asked do you have a cosmetology license??? Yes I do I said… she refused to fix my hair, now I’ll have to fix it myself …she charged me 150 for a real bad job….also asked for a layer haircut and I still can’t seam to find them anywhere…Carlissa sorry but will not recommend you to anyone….

Critical: Quality, ValueHaley did my highlights. She clearly didn’t leave the foils on long enough at the front top of my head it looks much less blonder than the rest of my highlights. I also have a patch on my head that she forgot to add highlights. when I asked her to fix it she said she could not work for another month.
