Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismDo not give this place your money! Don’t buy the Groupon! They take your money, do one session and then do not contact you back leaving you with unused sessions!!I bought a 9 session laser lipo package & went to my first appointment. The lady was nice but during the discussion we had prior to my session she mentioned that laser lipo was actually ineffective, and that I would need to buy more packages of another device that cost upwards of $2500 if I wanted real results. Thst should have been a red flag! I did two sessions and the day before my next one I found out that I could get in earlier for a surgery I was having. The surgery would be later in the day and my allure appointment was also later so I called 3 times to reschedule, leaving 1 voicemail before I decided to go online and reschedule. Online I could only cancel and set up a new appointment so I did. Someone texted me the next day 15 minutes before my appointment and asked if could do later as apparently they were closed during the time I’d scheduled online. I informed her I was having surgery and could do Monday and then I gave her multiple dates and times to which I received no response. I texted a few more times and either got no response or was asked for dates and times which I gave with no confirmation of an appointment. At one point someone texted me from their number at 4 am telling me their kids charger caught on fire. How unprofessional. I called and left 2 more voicemails which were never returned. I waited about two weeks to try again cause honestly I should not be wasting my time with them if they act like this. I contacted Groupon who could not help me. They informed me refunds come from the merchant. I called allure and left a voicemail indicating I wanted my money back. The next day I was called but the woman who called herself a MANAGER was nasty. She said it was my fault cause I cancelled my appointment to which I explained I made a good faith effort in trying to contact them before I went online. She continued to place blame on me and when I mentioned my texts sent she said multiple people have access to that number and don’t respond to texts sent before they have the phone. I asked for the owners name and for them to contact me. She said the manager doesn’t talk to people and refused to give me anything more than their first name. I asked why she doesn’t know her bosses name and she didn’t have an answer. She gave me the owners email but read it off so fast I could not write it down. Before I could ask her to repeat it she told me to have a nice day and hung up me. I feel that this company is shady and a fraud. Proceed with caution and don’t waste your money.
