I hate my hair after going to this hair salon. I dyed it a lighter color so I had to bleach but I don’t know what kind of products they use that made my hair so damaged and dry. I have so much split ends that it’s embarrassing to wear black from all the breakage. It was also a big waste of money cause these people are definitely not cheap!

All my thanks to Neyda for my hair transformation! I walked in this afternoon with what I can only describe as “90s Hanson brother hair” (see overgrown layerless lob) and walked out feeling bouncy, light, and just about a whole new woman! I’m so happy I decided to take a chance on Allure Beauty Lounge. I was able to make an appointment the same week, and was greeted promptly upon my arrival. Neyda was personable and listened intently to my vision for my hair and what I liked about the photo I brought with me for reference. She is clearly passionate about what she does and was thoughtful in her process, asking me about my normal hair routine and offering tips on how to recreate my blow out at home. I nearly strutted out of the salon when all was said and done. Thank you, thank you, Neyda!

The absolutely worse. They quoted 200$ then tried to charge me 420$. To make matters worse they ruined my shirt AND shoes by getting bleach on them!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Never in my life have I had my outfit ruined while at a salon. So unprofessional.

I booked an appointment and was quoted $150 for a full weave and $50 for the haircut. When I got to he appointment, I was quoted the exact same prices. When I was in the chair with the apron on, I was then told that the full weave would be$175. When I went to check out, my total for a full weave and haircut was $285! I was charged an additional $60 for “extra product.” I have shoulder length FINE hair. I’ve been getting my hair done for the best part of 30 years and have NEVER been charged for extra product. Needless to say, I left extremely upset! Gave it 2 stars as I like how my hair was styled but upset with the upcharging and price gouging.

I went in for my eyebrows and when I tell you, Hema did an AMAZING job. I can’t stop looking at them. She was even able to squeeze me in for other services that I realized I wanted while there. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!! 🙂
