I love this place nice and clean. The owner is real nice and she takes her time. I was so scared to get a wax, but she made me comfortable and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it will be. I have not seen Arlana since she has been on Canal. I lost my contacts and when I tried to go by to make an appointment her establishment had moved. Fortunately I was able to go to my expired groupons look up the name of her establishment. Now since I’m sure this is the place I can’t wait to come back. I’ve missed her services.

Book in advance,I went 2x for brazilian waxing from groupon.She was friendly and helpful. The waxing procedure is done on small private room with spa supplies non comparable to other spa interior but not complaining. She took her time and waxing wasn’t ad painful but you can’t get the exact same service of your a groupon customer. She seemed different on my second appointment when I claimed my groupon coupon.

Horrible customer service! This was supposed to be my first time getting a wax, I purchased the $25 Groupon Brazilian wax and went a few days after, I was told I needed a appointment which was understandable so I book my appointment for this weekend and when I went I was told I wasn’t found in the system and she turned me around even though good customer would be fitting me in for the inconvenience. She insisted I come back a 3rd!! time instead of just fitting me in considering it was her mistake
