One of the most Magnificent & Zen places in Bakersfield. Starting at the front desk with some of the most courteous ladies I have met. Then let’s not talk about the back it’s my kinda place to visit and destress & relax, wow! I love Allure. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAllure Aesthetics is everything you expect from a spa. All the people I have seen have been exceptional. My daughter has had some very difficult skin problems and Jennifer has been incredibly caring and helped her so much. I recommend Allure to anyone who is looking for a fantastic spa experience.

Critical: ValueThe people here were very nice. I was greeted well when I first arrived, and the lady who actually serviced me was very very nice. So, the customer service is great, however I didn’t really care for the results. I paid $75 for dermaplaning, and I know what to expect from this service because I’ve had it done several other times at several other places. Each time I’ve had it done it’s never been painful, I’ve never been cut, nor have I ever experienced breakouts afterwards. Also, I’m very into skin care myself, so I was genuinely concerned with the start of my appointment when she cleaned my face with alcohol. Once again she was very nice, but I don’t really feel like she knew what she was doing as far as dermaplaning alone because she sounded unsure with a lot of her statements and questions. They have lots of other services to offer though, so I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend this place, I just don’t recommend this specific service.The people here were very nice. So, the customer service is great, however I didn’t really care for the results.
