This place is the best. Homies hooked it up with a fresh fade. I drove from fort worth to see my nephew in San Marcos. Got a haircut on my way down and this lady that cut my hair did not have the skills to do what I asked for. She messed me up! I left an drove to San Marcos. Searched for a shop to repair the damage. Most places were not having walk-ins. Found allstars Barber shop and the ppl there were on point. Left there feelin like a million bucks

We called this shop before going to Texas AllStars Barbershop and we were asked to come. Getting there, the barber shop was not different from a smoke shop. My family was panicking and we were told the guy who received the call wont even come to the shop that day. Obviously business’s mixed with pleasure. Not professional.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityGood haircuts, service is bad. Guys seem nice enough but don’t honor customer appointments. The staff will talk and hangout with each other opposed to helping a customer. Cuts are good when i have the patience for their bull.

Tried going in for a cut MULTIPLE times 1st time they didn’t show up at opening hours so I left…. 2nd time the barber told me to show up at 3pm and that he wasn’t taking appointments (mind you I asked him a few days in advance for an appointment), as soon as I show up there’s 2 guys waiting inside (which is normal) but the barber told me that theres another 2 guys that are coming in “later,” so I wasn’t down to wait a few hours for a cut. Like how are you going to save a spot for other “customers” (probably their friends) if I asked with days in advance if they take appointments and they told me no… 3rd time the barber said he’d be there at 11am-6pm. I went on time and waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. These guys are very unprofessional, show up when they please, make appointments when they please, never communicate properly since I have to Snapchat one of the barbers because the number they have online doesn’t even work. Wouldn’t even know how a cut is from them so I can’t comment on how they cut hair. Save your time and take your money somewhere else because these guys can’t run a business.

This place is complete trash I don’t know where to begin…. ok first when you call they never pick up the phone… second don’t bother making an appointment because they gonna make u wait like 1 hour and let there friends go ahead before customers. Third there never there they open 10 am they don’t be rolling in till like 1-2 pm. They work when they wanna work… there always fighting with the tattoo shop next door. Pretty sure they pulled knifes and guns on each other. This place was adequate at best with Troy around… now it’s just complete garbage but I guess that’s wat happens when u let wanna be gangsters that can cut hair run barbershop. They do not know how to maintain a professional comfortable atmosphere in the shop. I get it it’s a barbershop you have urban music playing sports on the tv that’s great but not this place these clowns run it like there personal trap house. Do that stuff on ur own time not while your working.

Great service every time. They take walk-ins and make appointments. I’ve been going every two weeks for years never a bad cut. Ask for Danny or Chris they will have you cleaned up in no time.
