From the minute I got to my appointment, I was met with friendly faces, professional and helpful staff. The waiting room was full when I got there and I expected a long wait but was surprised that when it was my appointment time, I was escorted into the back office right away. I have never been to a doctors office like this. They are incredible and Dr. Jazz is wonderful. He explains everything, acts quickly and made me understand my problem. I highly recommend this office!

It was my first visit. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rex is awesome and gave me reassurance and explanation better than other dermatologist I had seen in the past. The waiting time was a bit long but I suppose that just proved that the doctors were very thorough and spend the time needed for every patient.

Dr. Rex’s staff is very professional & friendly as they do their jobs. They have helped me out several times by working with my Ins. company & with drug stores getting me lesser prices on meds. Dr. Rex is a very friendly & very professional Dr. as he does his best meeting my needs & taking care to make sure I’m treated properly. The office staff at Alliance is so friendly n kind. They got me me into the treatment room quickly. Once there, I was treated with respect n kindness (I wish I could remember names) by the Nurse Practitioner. I previously had been assisted with applying for a biologic to control my psoriasis, was subsequently approved, and received my first dose quite satisfactorily on 6/9/20.
