Allegro MedSpa of Santa Rosa offers an array of aesthetic skin treatments in Sonoma. Drs. Francisco Canales and Heather Furnas started the medical spa in 2006 and lead our skilled aesthetic team along with Dr. Eric Culbertson. Our team of experts specialize in non-invasive, nonsurgical procedures for the face and body which will leave you looking beautiful and feeling confident. Our most popular treatments include chemical peels, dermal fillers, laser skin resurfacing, light therapy, Hydrafacial, microneedling, Coolsculpting, and Botox. There is plenty of onsite parking at our premier medical spa near Brush Creek & Proctor Terrace. At Allegro MedSap, our expert aestheticians use Chemical peels to help remove fine lines, wrinkles, scars, uneven patches, hyperpigmentation issues, and more. We provide chemical peels at a few levels (light, medium, and deep) to fit our patients’ skincare concerns and goals.
Clear + Brilliant

Laser Skin Resurfacing
Laser Skin Resurfacing is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses pulsating beams of light to eliminate dead and damaged skin layers. Allegro MedSpa offers three types of laser skin resurfacing treatments that are chosen based on the condition of your skin: Ablative, Non-Ablative and Fractional.
Microneedling + RadioFrequency
Microneedling with Radiofrequency (RF) is a treatment that punctures tiny holes into the skin on your face, neck, or chest to stimulate skin repair. We offer the state of the art Scarlet SRF and Agnes RF, which can decrease the appearance of scars, dark spots, large pores and other skin conditions.
Thread Lift
Our Thread Lift uses absorbable sutures to offer a tighter, more youthful aesthetic appearance to the face. PDO NovaThreads work by stimulating the production of collagen in the skin in order to produce healthier, firmer skin. This procedure can also reduce the appearance of sagging skin.
Visia Skin Analysis
The Visia Skin Analysis is one of the first steps we take at Allegro MedSpa to help us create a more accurate treatment plan for you. It works by taking a digital photograph of the surface and subsurface of your skin using advanced UV lighting to accurately capture the current condition of your skin
IPL
Intense Pulsed Light Therapy, also known as the IPL photofacial, is a treatment that rejuvenates the skin for adults with hyperpigmentation, redness, age spots, and broken capillaries on their face and neck. Our aesthetic team will assess your skin to see if you are a candidate for an IPL treatment.
AlphaRet® Professional Peel System
The AlphaRet® Professional Peel System helps improve moderate sun damage, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation. The peels are very well tolerated. There is mild peeling and flaking which resolves with one week of treatment. After 3 peels you can see clearer, smoother, and brighter-looking skin.
