I’m a first time customer. I went for a Brazilian wax and i was so scared and nervous, but thankfully the lady was very nice and made me feel comfortable enough to endure the pain lol. The environment was really cute and feminine. Customer service on point. They also have a lot of female/male body care services, so i definitely recommend checking their website out. Super happy with my results!

I received a V Steam here and the experience was pleasant. I was the only patron there and place was quiet and serene. I believe it was the owner who handled me because it was the same woman in the photos. Her name I believe was Shesay (forgive me if I misspelled or mispronounced) was very pleasant.she explained the service to me and left me to relax for an hour. She said service is typically done with groups where she shares treats with group. I guess because I was alone I didn’t get treats which is fine I still intend to return with a group for the treats lol. The place was clean and decor was beautiful. Definitely will return so you should visit.
