Negative Review: On March 12, Kia installed a wig unit for my wedding on March 21. The unit was installed with tape, as well as with an adhesive, which I thought was overkill. However, since this was my first experience with an install and I needed a new hairstyle before my wedding, I consented. Within a few days, my skin was on fire and I was in tears. I called incessantly, left voice mail messages, asking for help 3 days before my wedding. I even made an appt online, thinking that maybe she ignored my messages because she wanted me to pay. In desperation, I made an online appt and she subsequently canceled in which I didn’t receive this cancellation before I traveled to her location only to discover no one was there. She could have at least returned my phone calls. I literally sat in the parking lot in tears, not sure what to do. I was so hurt that she didn’t respond to my emergency. I started googling in the parking lot… Praise God, He led me to LaTina at Flawless Beauty in Lawrenceville. God heard my plea and place the right person in my path to fix this mess! LaTina felt sorry for me and had me to come in asap. She carefully removed the unit only to find open abrasions along my hairline. Because my wedding was days away, she suggested to place a new unit just passed the abrasions with an adhesive for sensitive skin. It was a success and LaTina at Flawless Beauty was a life-saver. I am an advocate for honest reviews and this situation warranted truth for other potential clients to know how Kia lacks empathy, thoughtfulness, professionalism, and compassion and only cares about money, and not her clients.

She was nice & very knowledgeable. I’ve seen her work so I can say if you’re just getting your hair done go for it but the hair I purchased from her was absolutely horrendous! It gets super matted & sheds like crazy. I don’t think it was just a bad batch, I paid way too much for what I received. My extensions normally last me an entire year the way I care for them. It’s been 2 months and AT LEAST one bundle of hair has already fallen off. It deadass looks and feels like high end synthetic hair.

when I first got it done it looked great. but 2 days later you could tell the fake hair from the real hear. I spent alot of money for a basic sew in. it wasn’t worth what I paid. I called k ia and she was suppose to meet with me friday past and I haven’t heard from her after she texted me. now I have my 14 yr old daughter taking everything out, along with my real hair. I am extremely disappointed. I had no compliments on my hair, and when I spoke to kia she charged me even more money to get what I wanted done in the first place. I don’t think I will be going back there
