Hi!! Thank you for looking us up!! Xo’s So…FAQs…we do not do hair, acrylic nails, dips nails, or removal of such nails. Please understand that there are exactly two (2) of us. We are by appointment only! Please call 423-213-5215 and leave a message for what you would like and we will call you back with our available appointments…we do not answer calls when we are with our clients…please do not call repeatedly, we do have caller ID and it does not help your case. We are currently about 3 weeks out for available appointments, so please plan accordingly and please do not get sassy if we cannot get you in immediately…we take notes. We do have a cancelation list and would love to get you in sooner if we can! Also…glitter

Frances is absolutely amazing. Her passion for how work shows from the time you walk in the door. My daughter Addison who is eight was made to feel like a glitter princess. Frances put her at ease and was so patient with her. I couldn’t possibly recommend Frances any higher if there was a 10 stars ⭐ rating that’s what I would give.

Frances was awesome. The salon is super clean and they are still requiring masks in order to be super safe. The prices are reasonable. They are appointment only and their appointment book fills fast. They are scheduling about a month to 6 weeks out. But when you provide a great service, you are high demand so it’s worth the wait!

Sometimes I go in with ideas in my head or on my phone, she makes these ideas so much better that I could have imagined. Sometimes I go in with no ideas for my nails and that is when her mad scientist alter ego comes out. She puts together concoctions that I would have never thought of. The end results are my nails are amazing. I get compliments on my nails all the time.She shapes and tints my eyebrows. I have only been able to visit twice but Frances made me feel like I had been there 100 times. The salon is super cute and very clean. I loved my nails both times and I’m a nail biter so it took some magic to make them look good.

Frances has been my nail artist for over 10 years. She added Becky Key to her salon about a year ago. THIS IS THE BEST salon. Sure they give excellent manis and pedis BUT the bonus is the dedication to NAIL AND CUTICLE care. You will get beautiful glitter, stamp, foil and other nail art. The foundation of those pretties is healthy happy nails and cuticles. The nail care is what separates this salon from all the rest. And I love the massage CHAIRS!
