Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMandy took care of my hair for almost two years. I wanted a vintage 1950s haircut (Middy and eventually Baby Middy) to style so I was always very particular. I was also a bit nervous! I even brought in Mandy a formal vintage diagram in addition to pictures. What most modern stylist turned away for fear of messing it up or me possibly not liking it, Mandy dove right in. When I asked her to cut over 6 inches off she asked if I was sure and proceeded. She’s also a strong and efficient colorist. The thing about it is – I trust her skill, she’s brave and a great person to chat with or just relax with if that’s the vibe. Mandy is a true pro and the salon itself is clean, lovely and very affordable! Mandy took care of my hair for almost two years. I wanted a vintage 1950s haircut (Middy and eventually Baby Middy) to style so I was always very particular. I was also a bit nervous! Critical: Quality, ValueI went to the salon as a recommendation from a friend. Hi requested that I receive some highlights as I wanted to start blending my grays. I was extremely nervous as I was afraid that it would look disastrous. My hair at the end of the processing was fried and I lost a lot of hair from the front. The stylus apologized but yet took the money. I ended up spending almost $86 in products to try to repair my hair. After a week I dared to wash my hair and it remains extremely brittle and fried. I went to the salon as a recommendation from a friend. Hi requested that I receive some highlights as I wanted to start blending my grays. I was extremely nervous as I was afraid that it would look disastrous. My hair at the end of the processing was fried and I lost a lot of hair from the front.
