Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have never written a bad review of a business but I want to warn others about this place. My daughter set up an appointment for hair coloration for both of us. It was her birthday day gift to me. We arrived five minutes early and waited patiently for 20 minutes. After still no contact and being told by a male coworker that nothing could be done, my daughter called the stylist herself and was told she was driving to the salon from Albuquerque. Setting up a new appointment with the stylist we returned thirty minutes later. After arriving on time we listened to our stylist discuss personal issues on her phone. We walked out after another 20 minutes while she continued to engage in her personal conversation. We never had any face to face contact and were never told by anyone what was going on.The whole experience felt humiliating and abusive, I would be very cautious about scheduling an appointment with this business.I have never written a bad review of a business but I want to warn others about this place.
