My very first time I’ve been here, new in town, showed them my nails and the gel polish on them and asked how much for an acrylic full set. Said it would be $45 total. Asked me while I was there to do a pedicure, nail art, a parafin wax, an eyebrow wax… Anything to upsell me. I just wanted a full set. When I checked out they charged me $50 plus $1 for the credit card fee. When I questioned them and asked why they told me $45, they did it was because they took off my gel polish but that was already discussed before when they quoted me.

I had a very good experience getting a full set and pedicure here. I got in with little wait and the staff was very friendly and clean! I feel that they did more for me than other nail places have. I included the acrylic powder that was used on my nails. I will definitely be coming back, I appreciated my experience here!

Me and my sister had an appt at 5. They toke care of my sister right away, however didn’t get to me till 5:50 . And I didn’t leave till after closing . They overbooked them selves, there were several others that had an appt at 5 as well.

Critical: QualityI came here a few months ago to try it out & it was horrible the lady doing my pedicure was nice & did ok but the guy tommy doing the full sets was lazy! He was doing everything so rushed and kept making mistakes. At the end when I got home I realized My nails looked horrible uneven with big clumps. Last week the place I usually go to was closed so I went to this place again to give it one more try & I regret it. I regret giving them another chance. Once again the pedicure was ok but the guy tommy once again was very rushed and careless my nails look horrible I want to take them off also they changed 95 dollars for a basic pedicure & some small French tip full set. The nails are already lifting and when I touch my hair, my hair gets stuck on my nails. Super unprofessional rushed and rude! Horrible customer service. Overpriced, and terrible work. I usually go to a different nail salon, but was in the area and decided to try this one out. The women who did my pedicure was so rough, she made me bleed bc she cut my skin with her machine. Maybe if she wasn’t so busy talking to her co-workers, that wouldn’t of happened. Same thing with the guy doing my nails. Maybe it was an off morning for them, but I’ll def never be back.
