Had a good thing going for a while, was on very good terms with one manicurist (M.S.) for about 15 months. Most recently I ended up contracting COVID19 and missed my appointment (along with every other appointment in my life)—admittedly I didn’t call to cancel but I was extremely sick. Supposedly I had missed one other time some months prior, and after missing due to covid she told me she “no longer had room for me” and to “get someone else.” I wouldn’t let anyone in that place touch me with a 10-foot pole.

I have been to a lot of places but this one is the nicest, most social, and they always do a good job. I have never hated nails that they have done. They care if you like the nails, if not they will fix them, and they care if they hurt you, they also care about your life they are just the nicest people they are not just people who do my nails they are friends that is why I keep coming here. They do such a good job. This is my favorite place to be. You know how people have a favorite place to be, all polished up is my favorite, they make you feel like you are at home and friends not just their client.
