This is my “pink and white ombre” with no pink, and no ombre. Walked in at 6:15, and walked out at 9pm with this trash. I basically got robbed for $65. They are chunky, bubbly and the top coat is awful. you can see all the missing spots and shape of my nails. I left the salon in tears and she took off what i was supposed to pay for my rebase, but I still paid for the pedicure. She also didn’t let me see the original nail colors i wanted after asking for them about 5 times and so don’t know why… I wanted blue. I was there for 3.5 hours and this is what I got. my nails look terrible. They are chunky, bubbly and the top coat is awful. you can see all the missing spots and shape of my nails. I went here to get my homecoming nails done. First of all the nails didn’t look like the picture I gave her but I decided that it would work. She texted me the night before my appointment and told me it would take 30 minutes on my nails and 30 minutes on my friends nails. She ended up take 2 hours on each of our nails. So we were there for 4 hours and I ended up being late for work because of it. Then not even 5 days after my appointment my nails started coming off. I went back to get my money back because they didn’t last as long as they were supposed to and they would not give me all of my money back only half. I understand making a profit off of a business but when something goes wrong with a product from your business you should refund all of the money. Also when she was doing my nails she cut my finger with her drill. Overall I was not happy with my experience.

Not the kind of place that keeps appointments. The first time I came, my technician didn’t get to me until 10 minutes passed my appointment. However, I desperately needed my nails done. Kim did an okay job with the manicure itself and was nice enough for me to accept for offer for a future pedicure appointment. I show up for the appointment that is only 3 days after the fact and 1) no one acknowledged me when I came in 2) the technician, Kim, who very specifically told me this was a good time to come didn’t acknowledge that I was there 3) I waited 15 minutes and decided that was enough time wasted. There’s plenty of shops that charge these prices with nicer, more prompt technicians.
