Had one of the most relaxing pedicures ever at this nail salon I tried out for the first time after moving to Gladstone. Got the VIP with CBD. Got a real massage with the service. It was amazing. And then then had my nails dipped. Nail technician paid close attention to not making my requested short nails dip overly thick or too thin. Very natural looking. Will be going back and have to change to 5 stars after my 2nd and 3rd visit. Will update.

This used to be my only nail sail. I have been a customer for 3 years until today. Usually I make an appointment due to my work schedule but on 3 separate occasions (today being the 3rd) I have been to busy and just stopped in when I got a break in my schedule. On each walk in visit (this one included) I have been told rudely can you come back we are busy and when I tell them this is my only availability I am brushed off and told to come back later. If you are not going to honor and help walk ins then you should removed the walk ins welcome sign on your window and replace it with appointment only. Due to the rudeness of the same employee on each of my walk in attempts I will no longer be a patron of your business.

This is my favorite nail place. For a while, I jumped from place to place to place never finding one I permanently wanted to go to. My friend said this is her favorite place, So I decided to go with her. Every-time I come here, they are always so nice and so funny. They know me by name now!! They work very hard and always offer their costumers a drink.

This was, by far, the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The amount of detail put into shaping, buffing, painting my toes, treating my feet and legs etc. was phenomenal. I had never been there before, but a coworker highly recommended it, as she goes there and brings her little girl for pedicures. I will definitely be back! Pedicure

Just went in for a Pedi. The employees were awesome. They provided a complimentary Water Bottle or Soda. The Pedi was super relaxing and my feet and calves felt great after . I have been using the same nail tech for 20 years….I am beyond disappointed to say that since I have been coming to all nails the service has not been the same ….first and foremost I had a problem about a month ago and when I spoke to the manager he acted like he did not want my nail tech to fix my nails….then I spent 50+ dollars on my 5yo nails and feet for the gel polish to peel off the same day….so after I basically threw a fit because I spend hundreds of dollars everytime I go my nail tech redid my nails and feet….so I always feel rushed…I don’t feel like my nail tech can make her own decisions about her clients….the “manager” runs the salon and makes all the decisions …I choose not to deal with him….I think they over charge people for the service rendered…especially since the last time I went I now have nail fungus and my whole entire big toenail has fallen off .. I will not be back….such a shame
